1. Revenue is the total annual sales (excluding VAT).
2. Gross Profit is the anticipated achieved gross profit of the franchise.
3. Overheads, sales and third party costs are the costs of running the business. Third-party costs are a consistent percentage of the value of works commissioned.
4. Operating Profit excludes any capital repayments, interest payments and directors’ remuneration, and is stated before taxation.
